Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
